How to stop worrying about something in the future
Most of us have been dwelling in spaces of worrying for so long, that reorienting towards something new and fresh seems difficult. Therefore, how do we stop worrying about the future? In order to answer this question, we need to get involved into a process of self-inquiry. When you put your mind on worrying about the future, the anxious thoughts will grow and then we feel as though there is no escape.
